At ORVYAN, we want your shipping experience to feel just as considered as everything else you receive from us. Here's what to expect, from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared within 1–3 business days before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Options

Orders over $75 ship free with Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

When Your Order Will Arrive
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed, not at the moment you place it. For example, Standard Shipping typically means your order arrives within 3–5 business days after that 1–3 day processing window — not from the date of purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building's front desk first, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, reach out to us at hello@shoporvyan.com and we'll be happy to help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to make changes once an order has entered processing. If you notice an error right away, contact us at hello@shoporvyan.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
